Come enjoy 30-40 minutes of guided meditation, facilitated by a trained iRest instructor, with time for settling in at the beginning and transitioning to a fully alert state at the end of each session. iRest is a research-based meditation developed by yogic scholar and clinical psychologist Richard Miller PhD. Studies show that iRest works to alleviate stress, insomnia, depression, unresolved trauma, chronic pain and anxiety. This class is the perfect opportunity to connect with a sense of calmness and find quiet in the midst of a hectic day.
