This trauma-sensitive class is perfect for all levels, beginner and advanced alike. Held each Saturday of the month at Stay The Course in Ft Worth, TX, class begins promptly at 12:00pm. Enjoy a practice of basic yoga focused on grounding postures, breath movements, and a brief relaxing meditation at the end of class. Perfect for all body types and ability levels.
