Warrior Yoga Teacher Training Program Highlights:
The Warrior Spirit Project 200-hour Warrior Yoga Teacher Training (WYTT) Program is a uniquely integrated system for preparing veterans, first responders, and warrior family members and supporters to lead safe and accessible yoga and meditation sessions that are trauma-informed and adaptive to the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of the participant. This program provides the essential competencies needed to teach in any setting, while providing additional instruction in the unique approach of teaching effectively to the warrior community. In addition, participants learn about the healing power of human-animal connection and how to facilitate yoga in the company of service dogs and therapy horses. This training provides participants with an opportunity for their own personal growth and positive transformation as they learn more about themselves while learning how to serve others.
