Pit Bull Partners Rescue Mission™
Temperament-tested pit bulls from local animal shelters paired and trained with Veterans and First Responders.
GOOD to GrOw™
Veterans and First Responders linked with existing gardens to learn, grow, and harvest in a grounding environment and community.
Our mission is to help restore the soul and strengthen the spirit of veterans and first responders through Yoga, Dogs, and Dirt, offering support for the transition from isolation to meaningful community engagement.
We envision healing, community connection, and positive personal transformation for every warrior who has been wounded in body or spirit.

Try iRest® now
iRest® is typically taught as a guided meditation. Below you will find samples of iRest meditations you can listen to guided by Richard Miller, PhD, creator of iRest. These recordings are designed for everyone: both experienced iRest practitioners and newcomers alike.
To try iRest you don't need to do anything complicated. Just find a comfortable place: either seated or lying down. You can follow the recording with your eyes open or gently closed - whatever feels best for you. Please feel free to try it out - and learn to experience a feeling of calm amidst the ever changing circumstances of life.
