Warrior Spirit Project

We never impact just one.

That "one" has a family, friends, and community.

By offering trauma-informed tools for resilience and growth, we create a ripple effect that has the potential to impact many.

Trauma-informed yoga and meditation protocol, with specially-trained and certified yoga teachers familiar with the warrior community.

Dogs +

Opportunities to experience connection with therapy animals in a safe, controlled setting.

Community and backyard gardens to learn, grow, and harvest in a "grounding" environment.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bolster purpose and strengthen the spirit of
Veterans and First Responders (Warriors)
through Yoga, Dogs and Dirt, offering tools for resilience,
growth and meaningful community engagement.

Our Vision

We envision healing, community connection, and positive
personal transformation for EVERY warrior seeking
continuous growth and purpose.
